Introduction: Vision is a powerful tool that is used to shape our imagination.  S.T.E.M. Empowers Futures (SEF) uses "The Power of Vision" to expose elementary aged students to what is STEM, the different science, technology, engineering, and math "STEM" fields and STEM careers. 

Vision: SEF’s vision is to continue to increase the number of minorities in STEM education and professions in the 21^st century workplace. 

Mission: SEF’s mission is to introduce minority elementary aged students to STEM through the use of video and arts based learning.

What the Company Does: SEF is an educational business service that provides STEM  classes to minority elementary students in grades 1-5 in education settings.  These settings include After School, Weekend and Summer Programs and In-Class Engagement in Maryland School Districts and Children Service Organizations.
